Hi Ascomers, the my order page in this Asia Commerce application displays a summary of order detail status and order detail status summary from clients. The following is an explanation of some of the features on my order page.
- My Orders
On the “My Orders” tab here, displays the status of Ascomers’ order processing. At the top indicates the category according to the status of orders from Ascomers.
2. My Client Order
In the “my client orders” option, it also displays the status of the order process but the orders ordered by the client. The client in question is a person who orders through Ascomers.
The following are clearer details about the product order process status categories:
- Waiting for payment, is the status of orders that have not been paid and are still waiting for payment.
- Processing is the status of the order being processed.
- Ready to ship, is the status of the order that has been paid and has been packaged.
- Shipping is the status of orders that have been sent by the seller.
- Finished, is the status of the order that has been sent.
- Canceled, is the status of the canceled order.
- Refunded, is the status of orders that have been returned goods/funds for certain reasons.
