How to Sell Via WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook messages

There are 2 ways Resellers / Dropshippers can sell on the AsiaCommerce App:

1. Via WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook messages:
   Resellers can directly select a product and directly share the product they want to sell via the Share link on the Product page.
   
   
2. Through the Webstore Channel:
   Resellers who have an online store, Shopify, WooCommerce or Marketplace can integrate their selling channel in the AsiaCommerce App. Then you just select Product and directly integrate the product you want to sell into your channel.

 1. Find the product you want to sell

You don’t have to worry about what products to sell. AsiaCommerce APP has provided a wide range of products from trusted suppliers that you can choose from. For dropshippers, you don’t need to spend capital or stocking goods first. You only need to place an order on the AsiaCommerce App when there is an order from your customer.

 2. Add products to “My Item List”

Once you find a product you want to sell, add it to your “My Item List”. Click Add to My Item List on the Products page. This will make it easier for you to search for products when you get orders from customers and do not need to search again in the catalog.

     3. Promote your product

Promote your photos and product descriptions through social media such as Whatsapp, Facebook, Instagram, Fb Marketplace, etc. You just click Share on the product page. Prices listed on the AsiaCommerce APP are prices for dropshippers/resellers and will not be shared with your customers.

Remember, the AsiaCommerce APP application is used for you to search for items to sell. Your customers don’t need to download the AsiaCommerce APP because later you will process the order. Therefore, potential customers will not know your products if you are not diligent in promoting. You can check the AsiaCommerce catalog regularly for the latest items and suppliers available.

     4. Make an order

After getting the order, you will process the order in the AsiaCommerce APP application (not the Customer). If you are a dropshipper, you can process the order by adding the product to the cart then filling in the Customer’s address in the application. Your supplier will immediately send orders to your customers.

Unlike a reseller, you make an order in advance. Make sure the item you choose is one that you believe you can sell.

     5. Determine the Selling Price

Some products in AsiaCommerce APP have the Most Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) or the retail price recommended by the supplier. This means that you are not allowed to sell below the retail price to maintain price stability in the market. If these conditions are not stated, you are free to determine the selling price. Simply put, your Selling price when promoting must be above your Capital Price.

     6. Pay for the order

Your customers can pay directly for the products you sell to your Account. Meanwhile, you are in charge of making orders, and paying for your orders to AsiaCommerce APP via bank transfer, OVO, or other payment methods provided by AsiaCommerce APP.
