When you sell on the marketplace, you need to know your status as a seller. If you are a reseller, then you buy goods on the AsiaCommerce APP first and do stocking. By buying more items, you get a cheaper price and have a guaranteed stock.
If you are a dropshipper, you don’t need to do stocking so there is no risk of the goods you buy don’t sell well. You only help sell supplier goods on the AsiaCommerce APP in the marketplace, so you only need to place an order on the AsiaCommerce APP when you get an order from a customer in the marketplace.
However, there are things you need to pay attention to when you are a dropshipper and sell products on the marketplace. When your customer checks out at the marketplace, the calculated shipping cost is shipping from your store city to your customer’s city. Marketplace does not know the position or location of your supplier. If your supplier is in a different city from your shop, the postage paid by your customer will be different from the postage you paid when buying from the supplier.
To make sure you don’t lose postage, make sure you do the settings in the marketplace to match your store address with the same city as the supplier you choose on the AsiaCommerce APP.

If you sell on a marketplace, what you should pay attention to is:
a) Type of expedition. Make sure the type of expedition you are using in the marketplace is the type of expedition provided by AsiaCommerce APP. Then when placing an order on the AsiaCommerce APP, make sure the type of expedition chosen is in accordance with what your consumer has chosen in the relevant marketplace to ensure the shipping costs paid are appropriate.

c) The stock of goods contained in the AsiaCommerce APP is not linked to your marketplace account, so there is a potential that the goods you sell in the marketplace have run out of stock from the supplier side. Therefore, you need to pay attention to the amount of stock per product on a regular basis in the AsiaCommerce application.
d) Receipt will appear H+2 working days after ordering. Orders after 2pm will be processed the next day. Orders on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday (Receipt on Tuesday)
